Troubleshooting

Incompatible with WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks

We’re aware that some users might encounter issues where oDeliver for WooCommerce functionality is not visible. To ensure proper plugin operation, please confirm you’re using the shortcode versions of the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout pages. Currently, oDeliver for WooCommerce does not support the newer WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks.

Unable to install the plugin

Be sure to meet the system’s requirements before installing the plugin. The plugin would not be activated if the store’s country/ selling country/ shipping country does not have Trinidad and Tobago as a value or the currency is not set to Trinidad and Tobago dollars.

The oDeliver shipping rate is not set

The shipping rate for oDeliver will be applied if the currency is in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars, there is a weight amount attached to all items in the cart and the country of the shipping address value is Trinidad and Tobago.

The order was created but no shipping number was assigned

If the order status is not set to “processing” no shipping number will be generated. When an order has been set with an order status of “processing” a shipping number will be generated and an order note will be created with the necessary shipping number and details. If an email is sent, a shipping number will be appended to the email before being sent. If an order has an order status of “processing” and no order note has been generated, try inspecting one of the following:-

  1. Ensure all products applicable for shipping have a weight unit(lbs) and unit dimensions set..
  2. Check your login credentials.

If there is still a problem, please contact support highlighting any errors and details pertinent to the order and transaction

Known Issues

Web Hosting Compatibility

Some users have reported a critical issue when using this plugin on Namecheap-hosted websites. Due to a security restriction on oDeliver’s remote service’s API, requests from Namecheap servers are blacklisted, preventing successful plugin authorization.

Impact on your website:

  • You will not be able to authenticate or authorize the plugin with the remote service.
  • All API-dependent features will fail to initialize or operate correctly.
  • Plugin functionality may appear broken or unresponsive as a result.

We’re actively monitoring this issue and will update this notice if the situation changes or if alternative workarounds become available.
